I ordered a pair of shoes from maisonmargiela.com and everything in the box was correct. The size, color and style was exactly what I picked, so no issue there. Packaging was fine too, nothing came damaged or missing. I always get a little nervous ordering expensive stuff online, but the order accuracy was really good. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the updates were kinda slow, but the shoes did come as expected.

I reached out to customer service and they got back to me quickly. The person who replied was really nice and explained everything in a simple way without making it a whole big process. In the end, my issue got sorted out, and it actually felt like they read my message instead of sending some copy-paste response. Overall, it was a good experience.

Their designs are kind of weird, but I mean that in a good way. Some pieces definitely aren’t something I’d wear day to day, but I like that they don’t look like everything else out there. It feels like they’re trying something different, and even if not all of it works for me, I don’t know, there’s something cool about that.

Not gonna lie, the sale prices were decent, but the promo codes barely worked for me. It was kind of frustrating because I expected a better discount at checkout.

I’m picky about materials and stitching, and this met my usual standards. The materials feel really nice, and the stitching is clean and neat. My only small complaint is that I wish the leather felt a bit softer right out of the box, but I think it’ll break in nicely over time.

It’s a good value. I wasn’t expecting too much, but for what I paid, it does the job and I’m happy with it. Not perfect or anything, but... yeah, definitely worth it

They actually had the sneakers I wanted in my size, which basically never happens lol. Checkout was super easy too, so yeah, happy with it overal.
